Common questions
I didn't get a sign-in email. Check spam. The code expires in 15 minutes; if it's been longer, request a fresh one. If it still doesn't arrive, email us with the address you used.
Followers can't see my live position. Broadcasting is built to keep running with the screen off, the phone in your pocket, or other apps in the foreground — that's the point. It only stops if you tap Stop, swipe Go There away from your recent apps, lose GPS signal for an extended stretch, or the ride's 24-hour window ends. If followers stop seeing fresh positions, reopen Go There and tap Broadcast again. Followers' pages reconnect automatically.
Why does Go There ask for "Allow all the time" location? Because that's exactly what a broadcast is — your friends expect to see you move while you're on the road, including when your screen is off. Go There never reads your location outside an active broadcast. The moment you tap Stop (or the ride's window ends), capture ends. You can review the full policy on the privacy page.
I need to delete my account. Do it in the app under Settings, or email [email protected] from the address on file. Everything's purged within 30 days.
A ride I published looks wrong. Edit it in the app — changes propagate within a minute. If it won't edit, email us.

Stay safe out there
Go There helps your friends find you. It does not navigate, it does not see traffic, and it does not replace any safety equipment, training, or attentiveness on your part. Wear a helmet, run lights front and rear, follow local traffic laws, and ride for the road and weather you're actually on.
Followers see your position. They do not see what's around you. The road ahead is your responsibility — Go There just makes sure your friends know where to find you.
