Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Go There account and all associated data at any time. Two ways:
From inside the app
- Open the Go There app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address on your account:
We'll process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- All rides you've published (including the entries on the Neighborhood Commons)
- Any live position data still in the replay window
- Account members you've added
- Any pending sign-in tokens
What's retained
Server logs are retained for 30 days before rotation. Log entries reference an internal account ID, not your email. Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then overwritten.
